In a time where musicians have felt so lonely and isolated, we wanted to bring cellists from around the world together for a work whose simple beauty speaks to players young and old, novice and professional: Camille Saint-Saëns’s “The Swan.” More than 100 cellists collaborated on the project from many corners of the globe — rising star teenagers, veteran professionals, and everything in between! We hope this video brings you solace and comfort as we continue to weather this difficult period of history. Music heals!
